CAN MY ORDER SHIP ASAP?
Yes. Only when your order is paid and received before 4pmEST Monday- Friday and before 12noon on Saturday at www.ClGlammLipgloss.com
PROCESSING SHIPPING TIMES (1-12) BUSINESS DAYS (before shipping) Monday-Friday (WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS) Orders normally take 3-5 days to deliver once scanned in by USPS.
PRIORITY SHIPPING - Priority shipping is the same processing time, only difference is your package will arrive in 2 days after scanned in by USPS (USPS IS EXPERIENCING MAJOR DELAYS FROM THE HOLIDAYS)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - (7-21+) days outside of the USA. (USPS IS EXPERIENCING MAJOR DELAYS FROM THE HOLIDAYS) international orders can take up to 2 months to arrive via USPS during the holiday season.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
No! For Sanitary purposes at this present time we don’t accept return. All sales are final.
Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address. Your shipping address must be in the United States, a United States Territory or Canada.
Please keep the following in mind:
• We do not ship to Freight Forwarders
• We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in one order
• Some shipping methods may be unavailable in checkout due to shipping restrictions on the items in your bag or your selected shipping address
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
We will make sure to ship your item in a secure and great condition. If any damage occurs, please contact your local post office or reach out to us, so we can help you get a satisfactory resolution.
DELIVERED- If your package is marked delivered and it’s not in your mailbox, please contact USPS - they will get in contact with your mail person to see where they left the package.
INVALID ADDRESS - If your address doesn’t contain a house number, correct city, town, zip code, you will be contacted via email , text message to get the correct address. If there’s no answer, you will be refunded in 24 hours.
If your package gets sent back to us due to invalid address your order will be refunded - not shipping
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN ITEM/S.
REFUND/EXCHANGE:
All sales are final.
There will be no refund or exchange after purchase. Exchange CAN ONLY occur if you receive a different item from what you ordered.
